online catalog featuring pictures, descriptions, the manufacturers suggested
retail price (MSRP) and the C.C.S. Price for each product. Numerous “how to”
car care articles will not only help you choose the correct products, but also
will help you use them properly.
Our company philosophy is very simple; provide our customers with both the
highest quality products available and the knowledge to properly use them. The
lines that we represent are the finest available and we test each new product
extensively, usually a year, before we offer it for sale. We thus know the
exact capabilities of each product. (Our personal cars have had so many
products tested on them, that they wish they had a new home.) If you have
questions as to product usage, please do not hesitate to call. We are here to
answer your questions. The only “dumb question” is the one that is unasked.
The “C.C.S. Price” for your online orders, fax orders, phone orders, mail orders
or e-mail purchases includes a minimum 10% discount (except on sale or
close-out items). You may order online, by fax, phone, mail or e-mail. To order
by fax, please download an order form, fill it out completely and fax it to us
at (877) 767-0038. If you wish to pay by check, please download an order form,
fill it out completely and enclose your check payable to Car Care Specialties,
Inc. Please feel free to use multiple order forms if necessary. All orders with
a subtotal of $95.00 (including discount) or more going to one address are
shipped free, by United Parcel Service Ground, within the 48 Lower United
States. For orders less than $95.00, within the 48 Lower United States, please
add an additional $6.95 to the merchandise subtotal. All other deliveries,
including U.S. Mail, overnight, second day, third day, foreign or overseas will
accrue additional charges based upon the actual shipping costs. New Jersey
residents must add 7% NJ Sales Tax to the subtotal.
Each month, we offer one or more of our best selling products at a special sale
price. You will find a list of these items, the sale dates and the sale prices
listed on the “Monthly Specials Page”. To be eligible for the special sale
price, your order must be received in our offices between the sale dates. We
cannot honor sale prices for orders received before or after the published
dates. We also offer an additional 10% discount off the C.C.S. Price for an
individual item if you purchase twelve (12) or more of the same item for
delivery at the same time. Thus, buy a case of twelve and save an additional
10%. (This offer is not available on the “Monthly Special” prices.)
If you are in the Lodi, NJ area, please stop by our new showroom at 116 South
Main Street. The showroom is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
and many Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Due to our Car Care Workshop
schedule, the showroom may be closed on certain Saturdays. Please call (877)
796-8300 to confirm and/or for directions.
We have several gift ideas listed on our website or we can help you build a
custom Car Care Gift Collection for the automotive enthusiast(s) on your
birthday/Father’s Day/any gift giving occasion list. Simply choose your
favorite products from our website and we will assemble the collection and ship
to your home or office or directly to your gift recipient(s). If you wish, we
will also send a letter addressed to your recipients(s) offering your
congratulations. Please allow sufficient time for UPS delivery.
We will take your order online or by fax, phone, mail or e-mail and for all in
stock orders, received by 3:00 PM Monday through Friday, we will usually ship
the same day from either our New Jersey Warehouse or our Missouri Warehouse.
